Do white switch knobs go with white pickup covers and black with black ??
Does it really matter ?

I also have an original 1966 DuoSonic II in white and as far as I know, white switches were the standard for this color. I'm actually in the process of substituting new switches as the original ones are finicky. I'll still keep the old switches and give them to the new owner should I decide to sell it.

There is one similar to that one listed on e-bay actually it is mine with birds-eye maple neck take a look. 1966 duo-sonic II

You had asked for notification when another Fender Duo Sonic ll was for sale. I have a 1965 pre CBS VERY RARE Daphne Blue color in excellent, all original condition one that I just listed for sale locally, in Austin, for $1695. This one was only made for a few months and less than 1/4 of them, probably fewer, were made in this color. If you would like to have photos and details, I'd be happy to send them.

Thank you for the info but I'm not looking anymore for a Duo-Sonic. But I'm sure some guys here would like to see the pics. Maybe somebody else is interested?
