What is the general opinion of these? I've been wanting a humbucker guitar, but I do not care for Gibson. I have an '04 American Series Telecaster, prefer the feel of a Fender. I have an orange Toronado on the way to me. It's an 2003 with covered Atomic humbucker pickups. Like new condition, Fender case included. Bought it for $425 plus shipping. What do you all think?

Love it, but I prefer a darker metalic orange myself. Never really had the chance to get into a tornado, but I'd love another chance. BUt you sure scored a beauty! 8)

Brilliant!
I love orange guitars. I have the white model like yours and they are nice guitars. I think the GT model is a little 'meatier' with its seymour duncan pickups but i think you wont be disappointed.
Well done. :)

Thanks Guys. I was looking for a bit of a Gibson sound, but still wanted something a bit different. I've played thinlines with these pups and loved them. I think this is just the ticket! Sure wish this orange was the Candy Tangerine!

I get where your coming from. I love Jaguars, own two, but the 'thin' sound does'nt work well in my band so i switched to Toronados. Cool Fender looks with Gibbo tone... can't beat 'em!

Tornadoes do look a bit like jags, never really caught that before.
