Now I totally want a mustang, I just typed it in in youtube and it came up with a demo and that has almost the exact tone I'm looking for. SWEET!!
I just need a quick review from the people who have got one on here.

reeeeeeaaaaally nice guitar, plays sweet i love the neck.... only thing though, if youre looking to get HEAVY distortion out of it get a distortion pedal and maybe a heavy amp (my peavy vypyr II does a nice job) and also, make sure you play around a lot with the volume and tone knobs and different pup combos..... also, if you think daphne blue is to light, it's much darker in person.... closer to what a crappy shot of sonic blue looks like and the neck has a reeeeeaaaaal nice tint to it 8)

by the way, which one are you looking at?

Nothing in particular, either the 65 olympic white or dakota red.

try to see them all in person if you can.... they look a good deal different.... when i was told this i decided to take a gamble on the blue and i love it more than the red on the site (i was originally going to get a red one).... also, one thing about the pups; dont screw with the volume, keep it at 10 or your sustain suffers GREATLY.... i do encourage a lot of playing around with the tone though it can take it from a sharper sound down to a really mellow sound and if you want feedback only use on pup

GAS never ends.
It just goes on and on.....
There is always something I want gear, guitar, bass, amp......it is a great curse to come down with. It could be worse. However expensive it gets, at least it's not drugs.

yeah its a very noisy guitar but to really get feedback leave one pup off (i like the neck pup a bit more on this guitar) and feedback is no problem but you need to bring it close to the amp if you want it loud
