STICK WITH IT.
I don't want to to see a post in a month that you are thinking of quiting again. Who know's you might turn out to be the next big thing.
But don't tank out and give up. This Dystonia might suck but if you can teach yourself guitar and be great at it, that means you beat it.-N 8)

Go with what you want.I would want a mustang then a jaguar.I might get a duo sonic if the neck is to short or a esp viper.Me perseonally i would get a stang becuase I like "that" band that i will not speak of for a while becuase that guitar is their "singer's" main guitar

Ha ha, i will man...If i do get pissed off with it, I'll just write a angry letter then throw it out.

rschreck97;
really? I'd prefer jaguar, but the stang would be a great guitar to own

thats the worst reason to own a guitar.... while yes i did hear of it from watching Cobain i didnt actually want one until my guitar teacher let me play his vintage 72.... make sure you play both first and then decide

+1 8)

I really do wish Reilly the best.
He reminds me of me when I first started out.
I am curently building my own Jaguar (from exact plans) with my dad.
I played the stang and as I've said the switches bug me. But The Jag is alot of fun.
To each his own.

Since I own a Jag and a Mustang-both 65s I'd say the best bet is to go for the Jag first.They're both great guitars but the Jag has a much fuller sound and is capable of widely varied tones.You should never buy a guitar just because some guitar hero played one,it may be completely unsuitable for you.I bought my first Strat because Jimi Hendrix played one as did many other guitarists but I was lucky enough that it was pefectly suited to me, that is rarely the case.
