I love these guitars!!!
They are comfortable and look great. I know there is still quite a following for these and alot of the Fender Forum Family has these and loves them as much as I do. So let's see those Cylones!!

These are all beautiful guitars!

Thank god there aren't any up on eBay or nearby craigslists, or I would be out a good chunk of change. :P

EDIT: Eek. There are two.

I'm not a big fan of the Stratocaster vibrato but I do have a soft spot for Cylones (especially Cyclone IIs). :D

That tortoiseshell pickguard suits it to a tee.

I'm a very happy Mustang owner and was wondering how the Cylcone compares. Is it a lot heavier? Anyone own both?

I love the features of the original Cyclone; I was originally thinking I wanted a second Mustang to modify the bridge pickup with a humbucker.

I've played both side by side. They are pretty comparable.I always liked the Mustang , but I went for the Cyclone because of a few things....
I just never liked the trem on the Mustang and I always hit the ****ing switches. I say do the mod, but you have to post pics!! 8)

I wish I had a Cyclone, or a Cyclone II! I think they're great guitars.

I like the Squier Cyclone's custom paint job, nice work, did you do it yourself?

They actually have the same shaped body (Different thickness).
Cyclone were discontinued unfortunatley. (check Ebay) They are like Mustangs without the goofy tremolos and swithes that I hit my hand on.
Here is my Fender Cyclone HH with her.
