So I have been doing a lot of research about the Jazzmaster and the Jaguar, but I can't really find anything on the Jag HH and was wondering if anyone has one or has played on vs. a normal Jag or even a Jazzmaster. Anyway, if anyone has any input, that would be awesome.

Thanks!

I got mine last year around november I think it was. The neck is pretty smooth. Its a pretty heavy guitar but I don't really mind that. The pickups are alright. They are mounted to the pickguard instead of screwed into the body of the guitar. The switches and knobs offer a wide range of tones. I think it sounds best with heavy distortion it gives a nice and warm but phat sound. Its really fun to play.

I really want one of those. I checked out some videos on Youtube of it. I think it'll be my next guitar, but I wanna play it first.

Ultimately it depends on what type of sound you are going for when chosing between a stock Jaguar vs Jag HH. The HH has more of a "growl" and is best suited for chunky rock, while the stock Jag has that twang/clean surf thing down. The HH does stay in tune a bit better out of the box b/c of the TOM bridge, but as mentioned b4 it feels a bit heftier in weight than the stock Jag. Otherwise, pretty much the same, just different pickups, bridge, cosmetics, and body wood used.
