Hey, i'm thinking of getting an MIM Tele right away, and i was gonna get a floating stang or jag/jazz style trem installed in it. Just wondering, I live in ghost town and don't get to try out guitars often, whats the tonal differences between a tele and a stang?

apples and oranges. sounds like a fun project. enjoy

btw, going the mustang bridge way would be the only option in my mind, the jaguar/jazzmaster bridge is way to complicated. The mustang bridge is a bolt on ---- the jaguar would require routing.

i don't think this will show you differences but i still thought it was pretty cool.

The Mustang bridge would require routing as well.

But I'd prefer it over the Jag/Jazzmaster trem.
