My dad and I are doing a father and son Jaguar bulid. He is retired and lives in Minnesota and I am here in Cleveland so we are doing this long distance.
I bought the 1:1 plans and was wondering if some of the parts I have will fit.
I have a 1965 Mustang control plate (volume treble input) will this fit? :? :? :? :?

I am also picking up the other parts here and there along with the other odds and ends.

We are still trying to decide what would to build the body out of, (zebra wood etc..) and will probably pick out a custom built Warmoth neck.
It doesn't have to look exactly like a Fender,. I have always wanted a Jaguar, but the scratch always turned me off.
And beside we get to build it together and I can get exactly what I want.

ask the same question in the mod/projects/restorations section on offsetguitars.com and you'll get an answer real quick.

(sorry mods and admins, I love this forum, but it takes days to get an answer in this particular section)

Fender forever!
