Hello, all.

I just wondered if anyone knew anything about these guitars? All the info I have is in an old issue of Frontline, and I was wondering how long they were made for, or if anyone has one or has heard one? I'm not sure why, but I've always had a fascination for these things, even though I've never heard or played one (or even seen one in real life!).

It was featured in the July - December 1999 issue of Frontline, just click on the image for a bigger version of the page. I've also included a scan of the front cover, in case it jogs someone's memory.

Cheers!

There's one on eBay now.

I've had mine for several years and love it. Think of a cross between a telecaster and a les paul with a touch of gretsch. It' a versatile guitar that can scratch your rock itch and still have great clean tones. The lead guitarist for Sheryl Crowe used to play one I believe. If you decide to get one I think you will really like it, mine definately won't be on Ebay.

Thank you kindly, Ledfoot! :)

I'd thought they'd sound interesting, just based on the description. I appreciate the info!
