You how the fender baritone special hh, lets it be tuned to B, E, A, D, F#, B? That doesn't mean i can't tune it to low e bass tuning and use it as a bass right? The strings that are on it are bass like heavey gauge strings right?

you can, has any body figured out how to make them not sound muddy? my friend has one and plays it in e as a six bass. but my dearmond bajo jet sounds way better lower as it has a longer scale. the best sounding baritone for b tuning that I have found is the sub sonic.

I would assume to turn down the bass knob on the amp would help a lot.

Is there a tremolo assembly that can be put on a Jag baritone?

I'd say the Jaguar/jazzmaster one would fit.
You need to measure to make sure it'd match
