So I was trying out a Jaguar HH last night at the local G.C. and learned something about it right away. Don't sit facing your amp with one or the feedback will pierce your eardrums! I can't believe how sensitive the pickups are. Anyone with one of these have any preferred switch settings? I'm curious how the combinations work with the three lower switches and the one up by the dials.

I had one for about a year and sold it. The short scale length bothered me, the low E string kept popping off of the bridge, and the pickups sounded way too dark. The switch settings would have been more effective if the pups weren't so dark. With both tone controls up, it had minimal treble, so I didn't turn the tone down enough to experiment with the lead and rhythm circuits. It just got too muddy sounding.

Build quality was excellent though.

I've just bought the Jaguar HH, and I would like to change the pickguard (maybe in tortoise red) I'v searched on the net but I only found pickguard for the classic player edition.
I hope that you'll help me,

If this is the Black Jaguar HH made in Japan hard tail, I think it's a great guitar. Don't hear the feedback. Got it for an unbelievable price...299.

very very happy.

Yeah, that was the one. It had massive feedback while sitting in front of the amp. It is still a nice guitar though.
