Hello there! I'm proud user of a Strat-o-sonic HH BB 8)

Could anybody tell me what humbucking pickups are used on this model? What are their specs?

Thank you!

P.S.: I will be also very glad to hear any general info, tips and tricks about this gorgeous guitar :)

Go on over to this page -

http://fender.com/support/wiring_diagrams_parts_lists.php

and search for your guitar. Download all 4 documents. I don't see any manuals for your guitar on this page -

http://www.fender.com/support/instruments.php

which has manuals for instruments, ie, Guitars and Basses.

Hope this helps,

Gil 8)

Google is your friend. I searched for "Strat-o-sonic hb" and the 2nd hit

http://www.instrumentshop.us/guitars/electric-guitars/fender-strat-o-sonic-hh.htmll

tells me that this strat has:

The Strat-O-Sonic™ guitars feature a Honduran mahogany body with five tone chambers and the Fender® Tech-Tonic bridge, which allows you to adjust both the overall bridge and saddle height and fine-tune the intonation. The Strat-O-Sonic HH features two hot Fender humbucking pickups.

And a UK dealer has this text:

FENDER Strat-O-Sonic HH CT, E-Guitar, Honduran Mahogany Body with 5 Tone Chambers, Maple Neck with Modern "C" Shape, Rosewood Fretboard, 22 Medium Jumbo Frets, 2 Humbuckers, Fender Tech-Tonic Bridge, Fender/Schaller Deluxe Staggered Cast/Sealed Tuning Machines, Chrome Hardware, 24 3/4" (629 mm) Scale, incl. Standard Molded Case, Color: Brown Sunburst

You will have to do some more searches to find the specs of the HBs.

Hope that starts you out.

Hello, Gil!
I'm not a novice with Fender site and with google either ;) I've found all this info you stated in a moment.
But there's no info on WHAT "humbucking pickups" are used there :?

Thank you anyway :)

I'll wait more: maybe somebody knows the truth

I will also wait for tips and tricks: this tectonic bridge is unfamiliar to me...
