My JagStang. This thing is pretty beat up, it has seen alot of smoky bars and was tossed around pretty good back in the day when I was going through my wanna be Nirvana stage. Still love it

I love your jag man. it's like the one Frusciante used in "Under the Bridge".

he's also got a fiesta red one that's pretty beat up. it looks cool, though.

This is a Duosonic Monster created of both vintage and new parts I record with

This is an old pic of a bunch of my guitars including my Bronco, the Jag, the Duosonic II, a Squire Bass as well as other non-Fenders...

Since these were taken I have gotten a bunch more including a Vista Musicmaster, Squire Duosonic and 74 Musicmaster but haven't gotten around to taking any recent pictures.[/img]

The colour is Vintage White I believe, quite a few of the Fender Japan guitars come in that colour. I bought it from a UK importer of Fender Japan guitars, I think they are still a bit easier to get hold of here compared to the US since the restrictions started.

It is a 69 RI, I'm not even sure if any of the 65 reissues were made lefty but I sure love Fender Japan for this guitar. I actually bought a lefty Tele Custom as well. Until Fender USA changes it's tune I'll probably never buy a Fender from the US.

Yup, so far I have been extremely impressed by the Fenders coming out of Japan. The craftsmanship on my 65 reissue puts my Gibson to shame. My only complaint is that there are only a few CIJ models for sale in the US :(

I absolutely love the candy apple red CIJ Jaguar I bought in the early 90s - I bought it instead of a vintage Jazzmaster at the time. Recently I went looking for another was shocked to see the prices had more than doubled! Thats when I learned that it is nearly impossible to find the Japan Fenders here any more. I've tried out the American models and I am not impressed enough to buy so it looks like I will have to find a way to import one :(

I bought a 63 Jaguar in 2002 and piece for piece the CIJ Jag is almost a duplicate. The only major difference I found were the amount of copper coils on the pickups.

Curiously this has a 6 digit Serial No. beginning with P but says Crafted In Japan

Wow! I love that color - never seen that one before. Is that a matching headstock?

'94-ish CIJ Jazzmaster in Fotoflame. This finish nicks and dents it you so much as look at it. Note the Buzz Stop. A wonderful device that made it possible to put less than 12 gauge strings on this guitar and play it :D
