I believe the title says it all. I've been drooling for several years... would've preferred to get a vintage one, but the reviews are good for the reissue.

did a recording with a borrowed 60's body/electrics jazzmaster with a 70's fat strat maple neck built up by my friend and have been inspired to buy ever since.

was gonna try to hold out for surf green on ebay or craigslist or chance around town, but decided that it was only lust and so i've gone for the olympic white instead.

should have it by tues or weds.

psyched.

haha, i'm in the same boat as you man. Just got a beautiful black '62 avri jazzmaster - plays like a dream. The bridge on this guitar buzzes like hell - but i put 11 guage strings on it and had a professional setup done and its fine now, but youve probably read all about the bridge trouble with this guitar. Glad to see another jazzmaster lover out there! peace.

Congrats !!! As said in other posts, if you don't post pictures, it doesn't really exist.

My Jazzer is down for the count. Bad toggle switch.
