That's a Fender Lead I neck.

Lead I's had one pickup--so that's not an original model.
Most likely it's a Lead I that's been modified.

the body dosen't look like a lead one. it appears to be more like a HH or Strat. i was hoping someone might recognize the setup as a factory issued guitar. thanksf or your help

I'd say Frankenstein as customising isn't exactly hard to come by these days and as far as i know its not a factory guitar.
nice find though and would like something like that myself

Well it's not a factory issued guitar with a Lead I neck and that body.
So that's why my vote was for Frankenstein.

As big smoke pointed out--easy to do, especially with bolt on necks & if somebody had a Lead I neck laying around-or they picked one up cheap.
