I don't know about Fender, but Gibson offers restoration on all guitars, for a price. They do great work, also.

Check your local guitar shops. Most have good techs, some have actual luthiers. They would be very capable of restoring it.

The question is, what level of restoration do you want? Playable or Factory new?

Check out Lays Guitar Repair in Akron, Ohio. Their site advises that they do mostly restoration work, including Fender. I have been there back in the seventies and they are still there doing their thing. They advertise in Vintage Guitar Magazine a lot. They have also repaired, modified and worked on many guitars for my friends. Call or email them at www.laysguitar.com
