I recently got a Fender Cyclone for $150 from a pawn shop, I noticed it had a high action but for $150 I figured I could deal with it. But I realized the bridge is at least 1 centimeter off the guitar as if you were using the whammy bar. Is there anything I could do to this, because i think if it were flush with the guitar the action would be better?

Thats a badass guitar you got there.....I love all the off beat guitars Fender made in the 90's, My favorite is the Jag-Stang, I was on ebay hunting for a mustang a while back and stumbled on the Cyclone, i didn't buy it but i found one in Colorado Springs, it seems to be a Strat/Mustang hybrid, now it's on my to have list, i'm pretty sure that the bridge is similar to a strats, maybe it is a strats, it has the same whammy set up through the body, you could try tightening the springs in the back, or checking the bridge bolts.

P.S. have fun with it that guitar is epic.
