My absolute favorite guitar is a 93 Candy Apple Red MIJ Jaguar which I picked up new and modified with an original 68 Jazzmaster Pickup in the neck position & scaloped frets from 12th up. As I have broken parts on stage over the years I replace them with vintage 60's parts... tuners, tailpiece, bridge, switches, etc.
I used to use Les Pauls but had nothing but problems with them on the road. The Jag has been everything I ever wanted and more as a road guitar.

'62 Esquire is my favorite. Also have original 62 Tele w/ Bigsby and an 86 Am Strat which are very close runners up

I would say my Fender Elan I (surprised? :))
After the strat, the nicest design/body shape ever designed by Fender!
If I have to be really honest, i think that my Fender Talon may play slightly better (almost plays itself) but it's looks are just not as good as the Elan.

Up until a few months ago my Gibson Les Paul Faded Double Cutaway was my favorite, but I think that my mustang has taken its place.

my fav guitar to play is a schecter c1 hollow body. It's so light and comfortable, great fret feel and pinch harmonics are a snap.
