Hi,
I checked the serial number US15015097 on the fender website no records so I emailed fender they said 'they have no information on this serial too but it can be normal for them not to have information on Jazzmasters from 2015' so I have uploaded some pics please help.
Cheers.

Well, it is right on many things, but it looks wrong on others. The bridge, and I am aware that a few models did come with a tune-o-matic, but I think they were all MIM models, tho I am not 100% sure of that. The string trees are wrong, but someone could have added them. I have a MIM Stratocaster that I have added the second string tree too. The locking tuners, again not stock but an easy to do upgrade. The decal looks MIM, but that walnut truss rod button says MIA. Lastly the strap buttons are wrong, but that could have been swapped for what that guy liked.
The only real way to know would be to remove the neck to check the pocket for stamps and dates, remove the pick guard and see what labels and stamp are there as well.
It could be MIA, or it could be a partscaster.

Hi,
Thanks for the Info the locking tuners were added after and the strap locks have been changed to dunlop strap locks, I have uploaded 3 more pics from the neck, neck cavity and from behind the tremolo, the wiring behind the pickguard was really tight so did't take it off being new to guitars I don't want to damage anything hope these pics will be enough cheers. (FYI the 3 yellow dots on the second pic are not on the guitar from my phone).

Honestly a lot of it looks good. My guess, it's a Warmouth Body and a neck that they got somewhere. I'm sure there should only be 1 string tree, but people add those all the time. It's the way the body is cut, it looks like a Warmouth reproduction. I'd say the parts a re all genuine. What does it matter if it's genuine or not. Beautiful axe buddy

It could also be a Stratosphere "Partscaster"
There are suspicions that Stratosphere obtains their stock from manufacturers display stock at trade shows. They are not factory 2nds and are legit, but since they were not shipped out to a dealer, the serial number information in the database may not be present or reliable.
Trogly was able to get a "Billy Joe Armstrong" LPJR husk a month before any had been shipped to dealers, but suspiciously shortly after Summer NAMM.

There's also the possibility that the neck is a legit Fender neck purchased new. They have serial numbers, but they don't show in the online database... though I would think if you contacted Fender CS, they'd be able to tell you that the neck was a replacement.
There would also be a laser-engraved Fender Parts logo on the heel.

This is a 3-bolt Strat neck, MiM with a serial number that looks like standard MiM production, but does not show up in the database.

But the decal is not correct for the available US JM neck.
