It's hard to find one in my city. Because in my country people don't really do metal/rock music and if someone do and he is also teacher he lives in another city... I am learning through the internet from videos and i don't have problem to spot where is the problem if there is, like for example i start to learn some arpeggios and i have problem with rolling fingers, so i'm trying to fix that. But i'm still thinking about it, and i'm still not decided.

I would be a much better player today if I had stuck with a teacher long-term, rather than taking 6 or 8 lessons when I felt that I needed a step up.
The problem with teaching yourself and learning from videos, particularly when you don't have a good foundation, is that you teach yourself and practice/ingrain bad habits.
When I would take lessons, the first 2 hours were spent trying to un-learn bad habits.

Even Randy Rhoads... when the band would pull into town, he would take lessons from a local instructor that he had made contact with during the tour.
If one of the greatest metal guitarists ever feels that he needs to take lessons, we need them too.

Need? Well Steve Howe got pretty far without instruction. But he is Steve Howe. We don't know you.

Just in general though, I don't think you can beat having a one-on-one instructor. If it's not possible, you can still learn. I just think it's the best case scenario.
