Hi everyone :)

I'm working on building my own lap steel guitar. I bought two 250k pots with a 3/8" head.
(These - https://shop.fender.com/en/emea/parts/controls-switches/pure-vintage-250k-solid-shaft-potentiometer-volume-or-tone/0990831000.html).

The problem is, I can't find any knobs that fit these pots. It seems that all the knobs I see are 1/4".
What am I missing here? where can I get knobs for these pots?

Thanks for you help!

Never saw 3/8 shaft for Fender, I learn. You need knob with set screw

I see here;

These show the 3/8" pot as "recommended gear"
https://shop.fender.com/en-US/parts/kno ... 99049.html
or maybe
https://shop.fender.com/en/emea/parts/k ... 99049.html

Not sure about the "en/emea" portion of the link

I don't understand what OP write; he bought these pots and say they have 3/8 shaft !!!!

He did not have them in their hand for sure. :shock:

I have these pot at home, brand new, and they have 1/4 shaft and need 3/8 hole

That may be the case. Solid or knurled, I don't think I've seen 3/8" shafts, but the description on the Fender page says 3/8" shaft.
