I was able to find one picture that shows 250k pots.
That would be consistent with how Fender normally wires single-coil guitars.
Humbuckers generally get 500k, but it seems like with H-S guitars, Fender sticks with 250k, which keeps the single from getting too bright.

Can't tell you with any certainty on the body routes,
but
All but the Performer are MiM
The Mustang and Duo-Sonic use the same body
The Mustang-90 has two P90s
The DuoSonic is available in H-S

There's a pretty good chance that the bridge is routed for a humbucker on all MiM bodies.
There is a pretty good chance that the neck is routed for at least a P90, and possibly a humbucker on all MiM bodies.

Even if the routings only take single coils/P90s (as a BTW, that's my guess), it's not a biggie. There are plenty of single coil and P90-sized humbuckers available.

For the pot (and other) specs, maybe contact Fender Consumer Relations. And while at it, maybe make a complain that a lot of parts lists/service diagrams aren't published on Fender's pages.
