if fender made a v guitar would anyone buy it? i know i would cuz i love fender and a v with a fender neck on it would be sick for shreddin. any1 else think that would be cool?

i think you might have something there,i love the look of the gibson flying v,so maybe fender will make a v issue. 8) 8)

I think another brand is more closely associated with that shape. You wouldn't want to have to call it a 'law suit V'. Besides, have you ever played one? The balance is all wrong and you can really sit and play the thing, either.

I own a Gibson V...I think you can sit an play them quite comfortably..

well see i was thinking of somwthing a little pointier like esp's just so fender would have a guitar for every type of music out there cuz they dont really have a solid metal guitar. also i dont think gibson is in any position to file lawsuits over flying vs after their copy of the dean splittail zakk wylde designed in memory of dime

That's what the Katana I linked to above was supposed to be.
According to the people I've heard talk about it--it did do that.

If they re-issued it--maybe it would fit your bill.
