Hey guys!
I'm planning to get a new neck for my 1995 korean squier strat (with gold logo on headstock) and my pick is fender classic 50s maple fretboard neck, because its soft v is what fits me the most out of all fender necks. My question is: will it fit?

Not sure if an MIM neck would bolt right up or not; but I would think (unless there's something wrong with it) the original neck IN MY OPINION would be much cooler than any replacement.
You're looking at $200 (US) for an MIM neck...throw in another hundred or so and you can get a used MIM with the Fender logo already on it---and have two guitars.

Naah, I already own one MiM Fender strat ('99 Deluxe) and I must say that the quality of it is inferior to the squier. It's not about the logo, it's just that my squier neck sooner or later will curve to the level of unplayability, so I' m just planning a rescue plan ;)
Oh, and where I live used mex strats go for like 550 $

Nothing wrong with a back-up plan.
For what it's worth; I have a 1985 Harmony Strat Copy made in Korea that I have kept on a guitar stand 99% of it's life, in a basement in the Midwest (Iowa) and the neck is perfectly fine. I DO run a dehumidifier (set to auto) that only runs in the summer. Never even considered a back-up plan, because, if something goes wrong with it (my first electric guitar), I will put it in a case and retire it in it's stock form.

I'd like to know more about that. In my experience, even with 'lively' necks, there comes a time when they settle, provided the humidity etc. stay within normal limits.
So, is the curving something that can't be fixed with the truss rod, or with a (full/partial) fret job?

Well in this case it's unstoppable. Process of curving has begun long ago, and like 3 years ago I was informed about it from my guitar tech. He did the best to slow it down though. I think it's caused by bad maintanance, I got that axe 7 years ago for like 80 bucks from a dude who had no idea about guitars. I'd never cared much about maintaining the neck, until I realized how much I love this guitar, beacuse out of all strats I've played, it's the best, hands down. I guess I'll just have to let it go in time of its dying, nothing lasts forever!

You don't have to give up. If you really like the guitar and wanna keep playing it eBay has Squire necks (even brand new) that you KNOW will bolt up without heal manipulation. I saw a brand new Squire Standard neck for $99 on there just a minute ago....it wasn't the "soft V" that you mentioned; but I didn't search specifically for the soft V---I googled Squire replacement neck, and the eBay ad was first up.
