Fender's database ( https://www.fender.com/product-registra ... ial-search ) is nowhere near complete, and it's especially incomplete with non-US made instruments.

But Chinese serials usually tell the year (with a few months overlap) when the guitar was made; it's the first or first&second digit after the letters. The exact date of manufacturing isn't in the serial number - the rest of the numbers are just a random set for an individual instrument. Sometimes more precise dates are found in markings, stamps, stickers inside the guitar (neck heel & pocket, routings, pickguard).

Which model (Plus or Thinline) do you have, and what kind of info do you need besides the build year?

Thank you jmattis!!!

I'm sorry for the delay in replying.
He immediately needs the year. And by his guidance I resolved my need. In addition, I would like to know the location of the construction plant. I do not know if that's possible.
But anyway, thank you very much for your help. Hugs!

Sometimes the factory can be identified by the letters in the serial number.

The following hasn't been officially confirmed, but it seems somewhat logical:
The internet wisdom says Squier Classic Vibes/China had a CGS serial number; C for China, G for "Grand Reward" factory, S for Squier.
And thus, the Modern Players/China had a CGF; China/Grand Reward/Fender.
That would also support the rumor that those series came from the same factory - but then again, they do have quite a lot of factories in China, and there are Squiers with a CGR serial...
