Hi, welcome and sorry for the late answer.

That's a resonance noise. The G makes something in the guitar vibrate, and the buzz is audible at the tuner - the cause may be somewhere else. Could be the nut slot (too tight, wrong shape, even too low cut), or the tuner (loose parts), or the bridge pin (string not properly in the hole), or something else.

But in general, it tells the guitar is not set up properly. A pro would do the "initial setup for a new acoustic guitar" for about 80$£€, and after that, the guitar would play at it's peak.
But many don't want to invest that sum in an instrument of about 120$£€ price class.
So, some other option:
Return it, if it came from a web shop with good return policy (it's not a warranty covered defect, which means you need the no-questions-asked policy), and order another hoping for better luck.
If you bought it from a mom&pop shop, take it there - the surviving few of those shops should say 'sorry!' and fix the buzz in an instant.
Get help from a more experienced friend.
Learn to DIY a setup yourself - if you're handy, setting up an acoustic isn't that hard, and the web is full of instructive vids, pics and articles. All screws/nut properly (= snug but no hulk force) tightened, nut slots cleaned and properly shaped, truss rod adjusted - that's enough for most low end acoustics.
Or try a "quick fix". First, tune the string down, and retune. If no help, tune it down again, lift it from the nut slot, put it back and retune. If still no help, put a piece of soft foam rubber under that string beside the tuner. Still buzzing, change the strings.
