Hi all,

New to the forum but been playing fender 16 years. Back in 04 I got myself a Fender MIJ Antigua Jaguar, which I believe was a special run. It's been sat in it's case pretty much the past 8 years give or take the occasional moments where I've taken it out for a test run.

My question is- does anyone know much about their value these days? I seen one on reverb over a year ago for £700 then another from some music store that sold for £1000. It's a very sentimental guitar, though it just isn't what I'm after anymore - so I could sell it to someone who would get good use out of it and great, or I can keep it also great.

Just want to find out more on it

Cheers

Phil

Hi, welcome and sorry for the late reply (that ol' first post delay policy again, I suppose)....

Your concept of the price seems about right for the last couple of years. But, it's a very rare guitar, so you could get a higher figure a) if you find someone who absolutely must have it, or b) wait it out a few years.

On the 'finding out more' it may be that you know more than I do.
