I know a lot of Fender players aren’t crazy about humbuckers on there guitar but if you had to choose, which Fender guitar do you think sounds best with humbuckers?

It depends the music style you play.

The three single-coil setup is a must-have for the Strat, though there are many folks who prefer having a humbucker in the bridge position for a thicker lead sound and two single coils for nice sparkling clean tones.

Where is the 'All of the above' option?

Personally, I think the whole issue of single coils vs. humbuckers is overrated and highly subjective. Traditions have turned into dogma, and that is not a good thing because it inhibits open-mindedness and experimentation. What really matters is what you play, not what kind of pickups you have.
