Hello there, here's what confuses me:

1.From what i found in manuals, placing rhythm/lead switch on KC Jaguar into rhythm position activates neck pickup only and engages roller volume\tone controls. But why does it sound different from what i get when i activate the same neck pickup with 3-way switch?

2.When in rhythm position, two tone controls are active at the same time: roller one and knob one. Can anyone explain to me how it works?

3.When 3-way switch is in middle position i can control volume of each one of two pickups separately. But when i roll volume of one of pickups down to 10 percent other pickup goes off too(guitar produces no sound). Is it a bug or a feature?

Thanks!

This should answer your Q1&Q2: Cobain Jaguar 0143000700 Wiring Diagram

On the Q3, can't be sure - I don't have a KC Jag. A loose/broken etc. capacitor can sometimes make the pots function incorrectly, so while you wait for an expert answer, check those. If there's been any mods, compare the current wiring to the diagram & check for bad contacts.
You could also ask Fender Consumer Relations, or offsetguitars.com.
