We have to see the guitar to know . It could be repairable.

Best is to see a luthier.

It could be only the nut wich you can buy if you know the tread. Metric or SAE ?

Or it could be the truss rod itself, more difficult or not repairable without paying lots (?) of money .

I'm inclined to believe this is only related to Total13's not having experience with heel adjusted (vintage style) truss rods.

What to do: have a good pro check the guitar (and do a full setup).
Answering the question: the truss rod nut sometimes sits (talking a couple millimeters only) deep in the hole before it gives enough tension. But usually that happens on older guitars, so better to have a pro check the rod than tighten it too much yourself.

Hmmmmmmmmmm...
Gotta confess, that looks to be sitting strangely deep. How many millimeters?

I don't know that specific guitar model (specs say "Standard" truss rod, but that's not the same as the Classic Series etc. "Standard" truss rod...), but that deep is not common.

Contact Fender Consumer Relations by email ( consumerrelations@fender.com ) with the pic and ask for their opinion - I think there is a slight possibility that is normal for the CP-Special-Jag-HH.
(Or contact the store you bought it from, if they're an authorized Fender dealer).

If the nut has for some reason (= usually overtightening) sunk too deep, a guitar tech could try using washers (with a possible wood plug addition) for fixing it. But often with truss rod problems, a new neck is the cheapest&fastest option.

If truss rot show lots of threads, it may need some washer before put the nut.

Nut thread ans truss rod thread must be in good shape, can you see them ?

...i get a bit of tension but only at the end of turnable. Befor that the nut turns very easy.

...both threads are good, i think it needs a pack of washers.

What kind of tension did you look after ? Truss / nut may work well !

Or Just need few washers, try some and report.
Good washer size may not be easy to find !
