Is it possible to change the Hz Number in the Tuner of a Fender CD-60? It should be normaly 440hz, but i want 435 (coz it goes better with my singing voice).

It's a starter guitar, so it and all accessories included are built to a price.
They do this tuner which is adjustable https://shop.fender.com/en-US/accessori ... 78110.html

do yourself a favor and get a "real" tuner. Those built in tuners will get you in the right ballpark. Good for camping or a hotel room. When you really want to tune your instrument precisely so it resonates, go with the best tuner you can afford.

I have a lot of pedals in my pedalboard. Some high end jobbies mixed in there. But if I had to give them all up and go with one pedal, this is the one that would stay:

I don't know offhand, is tuning to 435hz the same as tuning down 1/2 step to Eb?

No, a 5 Hz difference on the A4 note is a lot less than a half step.
In general, that change might suit the OP's voice, but it would be a nightmare when other players (A440 tuned) join the song.
