Finally found myself the perfect Telecaster, sounds and plays like a dream but I wanted to verify that it is in fact an American Vintage '52 Telecaster. The serial number is V1314362, maybe one of the Fender staff here might be able to verify this?

You'll be lucky to find any Fender staff on here.
If you navigate to the bottom right of the home page you'll see a support listing and a contact listing - if you dig around in the support area you'll find a fairly comprehensive list of Fender serial numbers (although not detailed to specific instruments), and in contact you'll be able to get the contact details for customer support.

That's one mighty fine looking Telecaster!

Just out of curiosity, why do you doubt the authenticity?

The serial would be OK for a 2013 model. Based on that one pic, it looks as it should. I'd call that legit.

Fender Consumer Relations can usually reply with specs for a guitar built with the serial number you send them, not much else.
But if you want to go paranoid, there is always the chance someone built a good copy and used a real serial number from a legit Fender.

You need someone knowledgeable to take it apart and authenticate all of the pieces. That is the only way you will truly know it is real…

I dont doubt the authenticity just wanted to be sure I guess. I'm not the most knowledgable when it comes to identifying guitars and really just wanted to know if what I have is the real deal, which it seems to be from other post on here.

It could have been made in Angola and I would have bought it, such is the sound and feel of the guitar!

"... but I wanted to verify that it is in fact an American Vintage '52 Telecaster..."

Really... ??

After you bought it you're concerned about it's authenticity.. ??

With all the knowledge and resources at one's virtual fingertips today, there's just no excuse for that !!

Not picking on you specifically, but we see so many people getting burned when avoiding it is so easy !!

Glad it worked out in your case and nice guitar !! :D

cheers!

Yes, very nice, if it plays as good as it looks that's all you'll ever need.

Really nice guitar!!!
And I don´t think that it is a fake, it looks too fenderish
If you bought it at your local fender guitar dealer it will be fine, for sure.

Great guitar and if it plays well, good deal.

However, I have to agree with LightninMN ... after the sale is not the time to worry about condition, authenticity or other issues. I sometimes catch a People's Court episode (yeah, okay reality TV and yes I know that's really binding arbitration, not "court") and one of the more frequent cases is that of a buyer believing they've been taken by the seller. The moral here is that (especially with used items), unless the seller deliberately misrepresents or does something to prevent you from checking out what you're buying, you're usually stuck with what you got.
