does anybody know, how long the three compensated saddles for the tele vintage bridge exist? And who was the first who invented them?

you misunderstood my question - i meant the tilt compensated saddles! That were an improvement to the original Leo Fender saddles

My guess is the first guy who took a pair of pliers in the mid 50s and bent the intonation screws to get a slant on the bars for better intonation.

As for slant cut saddles, that's just a logical extension of the slant cut bridge on acoustic guitars. But it became far more important once the G string changed from a wound string to a plain string. The difference in intonation between a wound D and a wound G was far less than between a wound D and a plain G.
Playing a Tele with a straight triple bar bridge and a plain G string isn't what it was designed for, and intonation will always be horrible.
