Welcome !

I'm certainly no expert, but it seems to me that Fender didn't make an HH Telercaster back then.

That would tend to mean that it's a Tele neck on an aftermarket, or home-made body.

Pull the neck off and see what kind of markings are on the neck pocket and pickup routes, that may help answer your question(s).

That neck does have a nice patina on it !

cheers!

Try to let the pictures stay long enough for people to actually look at them.

hello .. I disassembled my telecaster ..
and you were right probably is a custom made by an artisan ...
the only question is x the handle from the serial numbers is a fullerton 1977 instead dallla date printed on the handle is a 1984 .. ??? how is it possible ??
I have heard that sometimes, as in the case of fullerton, the fender has crammed in stock handles or bodi then used at a later time .. may be my case ..?
however, as you can see from the photos this telecaster is equipped with two humbucking Gotoh splittable and sounds from God !!!
if you tell me more about my instrument I thank you in advance

It looks like a parts guitar built up with a Fender neck. I believe the last time Fender used that style Tele neck on a production model was in early 1983 - before the top-loader bridge "Standard" Tele came out (which was sometime between March and June of 1983). Fender used those "S8xxxxx" serial number decals from late 1977 through 1982; it is possible that this neck, made in 1984, was done as a warranty replacement for a 1978-1982 model. Or it was just a left-over from the earlier model that was sitting (undated) in a parts bin until someone got ahold of it. Either way it has the style of tuners used on the 1983-84 Standard and Elite models.

The body looks kind of like the Schecters & Giffins Pete Townshend was using in the early 1980s. It's not marked as a Schecter so I'm not sure where it might have come from, but it looks nicely finished with really nice binding. I think someone just built up a Townshend-style guitar using this Fender neck.

On those neck markings/stamps I call Rob Schwartz to the rescue
I recall him posting that the "FRR" is for Fender/Rogers/Rhodes, the "29" being the inspector's number.
"B. VENTURA" would then be the person who assembled the guitar..?
The penciled Ibarra doesn't tell me anything - we all know of Abigail Ybarra, but she's the Queen Mother of Pickups, not necks.

On the body I bow to John C's experteese: looks a lot like an Elite, but isn't (didn't Elites all have four knobs and a switch..?)
