I read about the head phone input jack and the aux input jacks failing on Mustang Amps. They are a bit soft. I saw a guy try to repair one, this was on YouTube. It is a job I never want to try. My Mustang II is my work horse and goes to all my jobs in bars halls even out side gigs. I love this amp so I try to fend off a know problem before it gets me, I am tried of heavy old tube amps and the back pains.
I put a jack in the head phone input and put some super glue around it as I pulled up lightly.
Same for the aux jack, they are much more solid now. I hope this will stop a common failure and keep us working. I was very careful not to get any glue in the out puts that would be very bad.
