hi all! im making a double cut telecaster, and i have a few questions.

one.

where can i get a custom telecaster neck to have the exact specs of a 2007 Mexican Telecaster, with a different headstock of my choosing, and black block inlays?

two.

is the string spacing 2 3/16" on a 2007 mexican telecaster?

three.

whats a bridge thats a stoptail or some sort of fixed bridge (hopefully not a hardtail) that is the dimensions of that spacing?

thanks!

Warmoth sells any neck you want, with whatever headstock. Their website is a Disneyland of options.

2 3/16"

No idea about the other bridge issue.

They can make a neck however you want. MIM guitars don't all use the same neck. They still have different specs as far as profile and radius. Technically each neck with have unique differences. If you have a specific model telecaster that you want a reproduced neck of, look up the specs in the products section. Takes a little research but you should be able to make the neck you want at warmoth.com.

I would say Warmoth also they have almost anything you want and
if you do not see it on the web site call them. There people are
very helpful and no what they are doing.

well they cant do the 820 and 870, but the 800 and 850 is literally an unfeelable difference. the difference is .508 mm. so yeah...

does fender finish their frets as well? becuase the frets are also dipped in the finish on a warmoth.

Hello Arlabester,

I do believe you mixing up your dimensioning
The .800 and .850 are in decimal, thats 50 thousandths,
darn near 1/16 of an inch{which is .062}
Very feelable.

.508mm is just under 20 thousandths or closer
to 1/64 of an inch.

Cheers.
