I can tell you what it isn't.
It isn't a CS Rosewood Telecaster (Harrison tribute), because those have dark headstocks.
It isn't a 60th anniversary light rosewood Tele, cause those have light maple heels, unaged headstocks and don't have two string trees.
With the yelllowed headstock and two string trees, my guess would be a Custom Shop model or a partscaster.

Looking at the picture, I would say that it is a '70s era Telecaster that has been modified. The body, which appears to be ash from where I'm sitting, has been refinished. The pickguard has been replaced.

+1...would have to agree with Paris. Appears to have 70's tuners and 21 frets. It most assuredly has been modified a bit (bridge looks lie a six saddle).
