Fender no longer lists where it's made with the specs for guitars on their page, so you may not be too enlightened by that link.
Some are, some aren't. The Classic Thinlines are all made in Mexico, the Jim Adkins is MX too, the ones named with American or Select are made in USA, and for the rest, it varies.
For newer models, the first two letters of the serial number at the back of the headstock will generally tell you where it's made.

A rule of thumb is that if the store price isn't four digits, it won't be American. There are exceptions, but it roughly divides them.

That said, you can get some really good Mexican made guitars too. A good Mexican will beat a bad American.
