I bought me a Black Top baritone Tele in Ghost Silver, Love this guitar, just fun to play, I had the same issues with intonation as everyone else so I went to work to try to figure out a solution. Switching out the bridge wasn't really something I wanted to do as others have. I got an idea from my Squire Vista series Music Master. The solution Barrel saddles. I looked everywhere for 6 brass saddles like on my Musicmaster and couldn't find them anywhere, so I went to Ebay and found a 6 saddle brass barrel bridge, bought the whole thing for $22.00. Took off the saddles and installed them in place of the stock saddles. It took some time and a little care because you have to trim down the screws and the springs on some of the the strings but it worked FANTASTICK! The brass saddles Look Good and also gives the Tele a nice low, warm thump on the low strings and warm, bright tones on the highs. I was able to intonate correctly on all strings all the way up to a .68 low B string. Simple $22.00 fix and I think improved the look and sound of this Tele!
