Most dealers have it listed as 25.5 inch, but Fender has it listed as 24.75.
I have also seen the fretboard radius listed as 9.5 inch but sometimes 12 inch.
I also see it listed with either a Mahogany neck or maple.
Why the discrepancy? Were they made to different specs over the years?

Im looking for a 24.75 inch scale guitar with P-90's that wont hum when in the middle pickup position, and not be too noisy when playing with distortion on the bridge position.

Thanks. can you tell me if you still get hum or not with the pickup selecter switch in the middle position?
also is the feedback bad when playing with distortion?

This link to premier guitar, says its 25.5 inch scale with mahogany neck. Fender says 24.75 inch with a maple neck.

Fender are right. I'll have a play with the guitar tomorrow and let you know. It's a great guitar, the pots and caps are a bit useless, but the rest of the guitar belies it's cheap price.

I do get hum, but I don't think its very much guitar related, more amp and how close im sitting to the amp, and other outside factors. the amount of buzz doesn't change regardless of pickup combination, none of them are totally silent. however they are definitely better than true single coils.

I love mine, but with a few $$ spent on the wiring and pots, this would be a properly outstanding guitar.
