Hi guys. I am absolutely over the moon. I received my new fender telecaster american vintage 52' re-issue yesterday from the USA through my local music shop (I live in South Africa). Man can I say this guitar sounds awesome. Havent put it down since yesterday. Like strawberries and cream. Well worth investing in it. Funny thing is because I live in South Africa I had no change of trying it at a local music shop to hear how it sounds, but purely went on what I heard on the net about it. Highly appreciated. I purchased a fender strat highway one about 3 years ago also from the USA. The pic is also attached. Will post more images. Image quality not that great as I was so excited yesterday. If anybody here also owns one of these please could you share your experience of it or people who have been playing teles for some time (This is my first time Im playing on a tele).

Really beautiful guitars that you have there. What's really great, is the fact that they're both left handed and you're all the way in south Africa which must've been very difficult for you to get them. Have fun and enjoy them both.

Thanks. Since I got the tele for a week I can just already hear the difference in sound. Really love the sound of the neck pickup. Yes trust me being left handed doesnt help as only guitars in our shops are right handed. Lucky that Fender had the tele in stock. Was their only one made in 2012.

Sorry guys, just had to share this pic as well. Just got this for my new tele yesterday. A handwired vintage 1963 Vox AC30.
