Well I just had to satisfy my curiosity. I have been customizing my 2013 MIM Standard Tele with Fender locking tuners, T/S pups, and an Acme 4 way switch. I was a little hesitant to go with a vintage 3 brass saddle bridge for worries that intonation would suffer, but I still was after the vintage look. Well, I took the chance with a new vintage Fender bridge plate loaded with Callaham enhanced/compensated brass saddles. The swap could not have been any easier, although I am a nut for measurements (maybe thats why). Intonation was easy and spot on. I highly recommend this combination. Try it you will like it.

I agree with you. That's why I ordered a Vintage style top load 3 barrel saddle bridge for my Squier Affinity Butterscotch Telecaster . I got it from E-Bay and it's coming in from China. It won't be here until next week.
