UPDATE:

I manage to bring my guitar to a guitar tech, he did a little fix in the neck but still he said that the 6th string isn't intonate good...

Maybe looking for a saddle can give me more space to work on?

You need to find a better tech and put new strings on it for the setup. You have probably killed that string with everything you have done.

Oh, and that saddle will not fit on your guitar.

I know that saddle won't fit hee, it's just an illustration, but there are other ones, some for 6saddle, or something like:

The string was changed before any other fix.

So, I suppose if all of you say that the problem is still in the neck I will need to find other tech (really don't know where here :( ).

What can be the worst case scenario in my problem?

thanks

You will not find a shorter saddle that will fit your guitar so you may as well quit wasting your time. You need to find a competent guitar tech who knows how to properly set up a guitar.

I don't think you understand the relationship between scale length, saddle length, and intonation. Those saddles aren't even designed for your guitar and will not work.

Yeap, I will not lie, I don't understand that completely (I do understand the physics in the string it self) but not the hole package with the saddle.

I'm really a N00b in this (and like I said in some post) I'm trying to learn.( BTW I already buy the book that stratele52 kindly recommend me).

I suppose I can (try) to wait until the book arrives here (about two months) and in the meantime try to find a guitar tech guy, the one I have now supposed to be a good one (with some celebrities clients even), but maybe is all marketing and stuff.

Thanks again I will need to use the guitar like is (in my original pic) until I find a guitar tech  (and if helps, the book arrive)

why dont you measure the the bow in the neck
put a capo on the first fret and tighten it down
hold the bass E down with one finger at 14th fret

get some feeler gauges and tell us what one fits between the uderside of the string and the top of the the 7th fret without deflecting the string upwards

when you have done that release the capo and tell us the measurement between the bottom of the bass E and the top of the 12th fret

the action may be altogether to high - may not be the truss rod at all - may also be a combination of both

the world dont end if you turn the trussrod - do it a 1/4 turn at a time and a bit to see if has had an effect on the bow - dont turn it if there is a lot of resistance

righty tighty lefty loosey - lookin down from the top of the headstock
if everything is working right you wont need much adjustment to pull the neck straight

Ps: Since I was hired to teach a course I'm kind of absent from the internet sorry.

From the photo it looks to me like you didn't start in the correct place. The first step should be to measure the high E string and make sure the length from the breakover point on the nut to the breakover point on the bridge saddle is the correct scale length for you guitar. Intonate that string and then the remainder of the strings and I'll bet by the time you get to the sixth string you have ample room to intonate the sixth string without a problem.

See, I don't have more space

Remove or cut the spring. I had to do this with one of my Strats. I removed the spring.

Looking at that pics It looks like the adjusting screw might be holding the string. If the adjusting string is touching/holding the string...Shorten the screw.

The bridge might actually be in the wrong position.
It might be a couple of mm too close to the neck of the guitar.
