Hi Everyone,
I have to do a chip repair / paint blend in my '93-'94 Fuji Gen Pink Paisley Telecaster. I've pretty much looked high and low on the web and came up with nothing. Anyone out there know the correct name and / or paint code number or who to contact maybe?
I realize a match by eye might be better at this point but I'd like to have the code anyway as a starting / reference point.

Thanks In Advance,
Joe

This is going to be very difficult. I guess you'll just have to match the colors.

Cheers

David

take it to a car body shop or DIY place and hopefully you'll be able to find a colour matching service. they scan the paint with some funky lasers or somesuch and can produce the exact matching colour.

it will also mean the colour is matched to the guitar, which may have faded, as opposed to the colour it started out as.

Thanks Guys. I actually blended 2 of my daughters nail polish shades and it's almost exact until you clear coat it. There's also a gradual shade change. I'll probably got to my local body shop supply and see what they can do. Just hate to have to buy a pint for such a small area.
Thanks Again,
Joe
