I'd like to install new strings on my Tele american standard.
I suppose that the original diameter is .09 but i'd like to install new .010 strings.
I don't know if i need to change the guitar setup or if i can install .010 without wrong and problems.

Thanks.

You shouldn't have to change a thing, I went from 9s to 10s a lot a while back. 11s may be an issue, only because the E doesn't always fit the nut well.

Beg to differ, Drubbing.
I do (= at least check) the setup every time I change strings, regadless if I alter the string gauge or not.

I don't think such checks are necessary, unless you're the sort of person that needs to knows the 'numbers' are spot on all the time.

I tune my guitar every time before I use it - that's as anal as I get.

Many thanks.
I'm going to test the change with any new setup.

I check the intonation. Just my little 'ritual' when I change strings even though I only use 9's on all my guitars.
