It should be available to order by February in France, after the Winter NAMM show in the United States, later this month. Look for a Fender announcement later this month.

They already did a Limited Edition run of his signature guitar with black tuners/fretboard dots and a backrouted body without the pickguard.

The TLR-RK is listed in the Fender Japan 2013's catalogue, RK Strat as well. Both with DiMarzio 'Chopper' and 'Twang King' pups, nice

The STR-RK Strat has three custom-wound DiMarzio single coils.

Just when I thought that after 30 years I had no reason to buy another Fender they come out with a US made model of the guitar I have had the biggest GAS attack for! Now I am so glad I held off on the impulse to order one from Fender Japan all these years which would of ran me about $2,200. But this is why Fender will always be my #1 company and continuesly annoy the $@!& out of me at the same time. The awesome news is that these guitars are hitting the street at $1,500! The annoying part is that they do not come with a case- Fender are you kidding! I will be the first to admit when I leave the house with a guitar 85$ of the time it is in a gig bag, but when I shellout that much scratch for a guitar I feel it cheapens the guitar to not have it come in a case. There are models that are $400-$700 cheaper that come with a case. Leave it to Fender to do something great and cut corners and look frugal at the same time.
