I went over to Fender in Sydney this week to look at a new Tele to basically be a backup to my main axe...wasnt sure what I wanted but the money was burning a hole in my pocket...I checked out some cool stuff...even a couple of pawn shop models etc...I was settled on the 72 Custom tele...but then Grant at Fender said..."what about this little beauty"...and produced a white MIM Cabronita...suffice to say it now lives at my house and gets on just fine with my Tremolux

You can never be too rich, too thin or own too many Tele's.

My next Tele will be a Cabronita too. I have an Am Spec, a CV50's BSB and a 1980's MIK Tele so have plenty of original Tele sounds. This should compliment them well.
Also it will be the Blond Ash.

The Cabronita, on my wish-list also.
Played one recently, would be my third Tele and you know what? it's never enough because they are all different animals. The '52, the custom and now the cabronita. Just got my customshop start in sherwood fires green, it's no beauty but my G** the tone...
Anyway, don't listen to your wife and buy that guitar!
