Post subject: Tele thinline neck problems

I bought a Tele thinline 72 one week after I bought it the back pick quit and I found the neck was loose, So I tightened it up and it doesn't even put out a good sound off of the front pick up.Any suggestions?

What do you mean ?

Neck loose ; tighten it and bridge pickup do not work properly !

Pickup too high because proper neck fix lower action. String too close.

Just need a complete set up . Look on Support , upper right on this window

Nice guit.

While it doesn't help your problem any, your Thinline is a '69, not a '72. Nice guitar!
I can't see any reason why the loose neck and non-working pickup are connected, and are probably separate issues, but I would suggest that, if you have access to a tech, you get the guitar looked at and set up properly!
If you have just bought it from a store, I would have a word with them about it.

I bought it from a guy that plays gigs around here and I've heard it played many times,It played for me for about a week.
