I have no real insight to offer you. I did have a Korean tele once, it was slick as hell. I loved it. But I could not NOT find any replacement parts to fit. Every standard pickguard, bridge, saddle replacement, tuners... everything, all the screw holes were a "smidge" off.

That is because the Koreans deals with the metric system ( millimeters & centimeters ) as where the Americans and mexicans use the ''american'' system (which , of course ,I've forgotten the name of :oops: ) :lol: But they are dealing with inches , like 1/16 '' :D
But there are plenty of conversion sets , if needed ! Really - the matter is to get hold of the right tools for the right job.......
