So what is your favorite effect to play your Tele through, if any? Why? and what kind of amp,set up are you using?

I play through a Zoom G7--for the tele, I like to use the model for the Vox AC30, modeling a condenser at close distance off the cone, with some overdrive, a little chorus (but not too wet) and tight echo/delay. Some EQ to push the top end up even a little further. I use this primarily for rhythm parts--twangy arpeggios and "snaps."

I don't own a Tele yet, I've been looking for the right one, and I love the sound that comes from a Tele through a Super-Sonic. It gets even better when you throw the reverb into the mix.

T Jauernig Electronics Gristle King (overdrive and boost) and a Boss DD-6 (for slapback) running through a HRDV 410 with a hotplate (to keep the rest of the band happy) - Pure heaven!!

Guitar is a 62 Esquire with Texas Specials and a BluesTone harness kit from Torres Engineering (don't worry, original electronics intact and well-preserved)

No effects, just a little tube distortion is just fine for me.
